Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to you. INTKONET's minimum age is intended to be [13 / another age determined after legal review], subject to stricter local law. You must provide truthful registration information and must not be prohibited by law from using the Services.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Do not share, sell, rent, transfer or create deceptive accounts. Do not impersonate another person, business, organization, public figure or INTKONET. We may require verification and may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, deception or unlawful activity.

3. Location Services

INTKONET is map-first. Some features require device location. Depending on your settings and the feature, location may support nearby discovery, check-ins, temporary sharing, approximate location, live sharing, visibility controls and other location-based functions. Device permissions and INTKONET settings control available sharing choices. Location information may be inaccurate or delayed.

4. Presence Aura™

Presence Aura™ is designed to communicate general activity, atmosphere or social energy associated with places. It may be generated from aggregated or processed platform signals. It is informational only and is not a guarantee of real-world conditions, individual feelings, identity, safety or activity. Do not rely on it for emergency, medical, security or other safety-critical decisions.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of original content you have rights to. By uploading or sharing content, you grant INTKONET a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt where technically necessary and process the content as reasonably required to operate, secure, moderate, improve and provide the Services. This does not transfer ownership to INTKONET. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share the content.

6. Community Standards

Users must not use INTKONET for hate speech, harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, violence, terrorism or violent extremism, child exploitation, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, scams, fraud, malicious deception, harmful misinformation, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, privacy violations, illegal goods or services, or other prohibited conduct.

7. Messaging

Messaging may be used for lawful communication. Do not harass, threaten, spam, scam, send malicious links, repeatedly contact someone after they ask you to stop, or distribute another person's private information without authorization. We may use automated systems and appropriate human review where permitted to investigate abuse, spam, safety reports and policy violations.

8. Presence and Broadcast

Presence may contain an image or video associated with a temporary geographic and temporal state. Broadcast is a location-aware communication feature and is not necessarily a continuous livestream. Users must comply with all safety, privacy, copyright and content rules. Temporary content may expire, become unavailable, or be removed.

9. Events

Event organizers are responsible for truthful event details, lawful operation, permits, material changes, attendee communications and reasonable safety measures. INTKONET does not organize, supervise, guarantee or endorse third-party events unless expressly stated. Participation in third-party events is at the participant's own risk.

10. Business Accounts

Businesses must accurately represent their identity, authority, services, prices and other material information. Businesses must comply with applicable law and avoid deceptive advertising. Verification is a platform status and is not a guarantee, certification, endorsement or safety assurance.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not scrape without authorization, use unauthorized bots, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, access systems without authorization, circumvent security controls, manipulate rankings or engagement, distribute malware, interfere with the platform, or abuse location tools to stalk, threaten or monitor people without authorization.

12. Intellectual Property

INTKONET and its software, trademarks, logos, interface designs, databases, graphics and original platform materials are owned by INTKONET or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected platform materials except as expressly permitted.

13. Privacy

Your use is also governed by the INTKONET Privacy Policy, which explains personal-data processing. Where a separate consent is legally required, we will request it through an appropriate mechanism.

14. Safety

Use reasonable judgment when interacting with users, businesses and events. Do not share sensitive information unnecessarily. INTKONET is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, safety or conduct of another user or third party.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated policy violations, unlawful activity, fraud, threats to safety, platform abuse, security compromise or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we may provide notice or an appeal route. You may request account deletion subject to lawful retention.

16. Disclaimers

Services are provided as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, perfect accuracy, uninterrupted operation, security, or accuracy of location or Presence Aura information. Mandatory statutory rights and protections are not excluded.

17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INTKONET and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, User Content, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized use of INTKONET.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms for new features, legal changes, security improvements or business changes. Material changes will receive appropriate notice where required. The effective date will be updated.

20. Governing Law and Disputes
